Trumpeter
Thomas is a free-lance trumpeter living in Manhattan. As a soloist, he has been appearing with Bachanalia and at the American Festival of Microtonal Music. He has given recitals in numerous churches in the tri-state area, specializing in music of the Baroque. For six seasons he was a member of the orchestra at the Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto,
Italy, and was a member of the Orquesta Filarmonica del Bajio in Guanajuato, Mexico. His discography includes the Bach Brandenburg Concerto #2 with the American Festival of Microtonal Music, and the opera "Nicole and the Trial of the Century" by Anthony Newman. Thomas has a Master of Music from Manhattan School of Music. His major teachers include Edward Treutel, John Ware, Vince Penzarella, and James Pandolfi.
